{"id":909,"date":"2015-07-01T12:45:15","date_gmt":"2015-07-01T10:45:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.essedicom.com\/test\/cresceretralerighe\/?page_id=909"},"modified":"2024-07-24T18:41:00","modified_gmt":"2024-07-24T16:41:00","slug":"young-factor","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.cresceretralerighe.it\/en\/young-factor\/","title":{"rendered":"The &#8220;Young Factor Project&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The first edition of the \u201cYoung Factor\u201d project, sponsored by the Osservatorio Permanente Giovani-Editori together with three main Italian banking institutions (Intesa Sanpaolo, Banca Monte dei Paschi, UBI Banca and UniCredit), started at the beginning of the 2014\/2015 school year.<\/p>\n<p>Having decided to partner with the Osservatorio in this new civic and social challenge, the three banks signed a memorandum of understanding during the \u201cYoung Factor&#8221; meeting &#8211; a dialogue between young students and representatives of the world of finance\u201d &#8211; held in Milan on 23 May 2014. This endorsement marked the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at the economic and financial education of young students. UBI Banca entered during the 2018\/2019 school year. The goal is to create a development path enabling young people to acquire an economic and financial literacy; empowering them to develop greater awareness and to better face the choices for their future by making them responsible, mindful and therefore freer citizens. By promoting the development of an economic and financial culture students in secondary schools are given the skills which promote a better understanding of reality and therefore enable students to have a more mature and critical approach to their future.<\/p>\n<p>With the \u201cYoung Factor\u201d project, the Osservatorio Permanente Giovani-Editori has chosen to complete the education to citizenship started with the \u201cQuality Information in the Classroom\u201d project. Thanks to these projects aimed at teaching critical reading of newspapers, the Osservatorio is helping young students to be masters of their mind.
